Archana Shukla believes that real education goes beyond textbooks and marks — it should build a child's confidence, concentration and character alongside their academics. This belief did not begin as a business plan. It began in a classroom.

Her journey started as a Senior KG teacher, working closely with young children and learning early on how differently each child thinks, learns and grows. It was here she first noticed something conventional schooling often missed: children needed more than lessons alone — they needed attention paid to their skills, their focus, their confidence.

That observation deepened during the years she spent giving home tuitions. Teaching one child at a time, she saw that every child carried different strengths and different needs, and that a good teacher's role was to notice this, not overlook it. It was this realization that led her to start something of her own — a small tuition class, run from a single room, built on one idea: education should carry values, not just answers.

As more children joined, that one room could no longer hold her growing classroom. Around this time, she also began to feel children needed to work on their skills alongside their studies — so she introduced Brainobrain, a concentration and calculation-focused program, testing it first with her own students before expanding further, encouraged by how clearly it helped them.

Working closely with children, she also noticed many struggled simply with reading, and introduced Jolly Phonics for young learners between four and eight.

Through it all, one thought stayed with her — she wanted a place of her own, where she could teach exactly as she believed a child should be taught, and where learning could be shaped around each child's individual skills rather than a fixed method. That vision became I-Kiddz Preschool, a personalised approach to early education where every child is understood, and given the attention they deserve.

It is a vision Archana Shukla continues to build, one child at a time.
